Sparring divisions ages 13 and above will be split male and female. Protective gear mandatory for sparring; full pads mandatory for Blue belt & above.
Divisions may be cancelled or combined at the discretion of the tournament promoters. |
| RELEASE OF ALL CLAIMS |
The registrant is aware that s/he knowingly and voluntarily assumes any and all risks of bodily injury while upon the tournament premises and areas adjacent thereto and hereby knowingly and voluntarily waives all rights of action for bodily injury against ALL AMERICAN KARATE SCHOOL, its affiliates or the building and surrounding grounds in which this tournament is being held. The registrant is aware that s/he may injure herself/himself or may be injured by other competitors or equipment at or near the tournament grounds. The registrant is aware of the risk that any part of her/his body or any part of her/his body systems may be hurt or injured.
I HAVE READ THE FOREGOING AND HAVE VOLUNTARIY ACCEPTED THIS AGREEMENT. I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT BY ACCEPTING THIS AGREEMENT, I WAIVE ANY RIGHTS AGAINST THIS TOURNAMENT, THE PROMOTERS, BUILDING OWNER, OFFICIALS, SPECTATORS AND ALL COMPETITORS. |
SAFETY EQUIPMENT IS MANDATORY FOR ALL SPARRING DIVISIONS. EQUIPMENT WILL BE CHECKED PRIOR TO THE EVENT AND TAPED, SPLIT OR OTHER THAN DIPPED FOAM EQUIPMENT MAY BE DISALLOWED.
